Why pay thousands to have a website made, when you can rent one?

An unusual proposition, I know, but hear me out.

Here’s how it usually goes:

You pay a website designer thousands of dollars one time for a new website. That website gets built, and handed off to you.

As a business owner, you don’t know how to maintain that website, ensure that it stays safe and secure, and update it as needed.

Your primary goal with a website should be to reach more people to create more potential customers.

What if I told you that you could rent a website that is already capturing leads?

People who already are shopping for your product or service have expressed interest on this site already. They have already entered some contact information for more information.

All of this done on a website that is already optimized for search engines and will show up near the top during a relevant Google search.

That work is typically done as a paid service, sometimes as an add-on by a web designer, but often times the websites don’t actually rank high on Google results. Web designers want to run like a well-oiled machine. They want your business, they make your site, they fulfill it and that’s it.

Of course, there are other options. You could go to one of the DIY website creator tools and make your own. You don’t know anything about website design principles, but you pay a low monthly fee and can figure something out to get a minimum viable website put up.

But then… it doesn’t rank on google searches. Nobody actually lands on the website. You’re paying a monthly fee with no real ROI.

There’s a better way. You don’t have to pick one of the above options as so many people feel they do.

Instead, you can rent a website. Yes, an already created website, already ranked on Google, and already proven to work to capture leads.

Does that interest you? Keep reading.

I learned to code websites when I was in high school. I started making them for free for people I knew, back in the earlier days of the modern internet. I then decided to start a freelancing business. I’d make a buck, shell out a site, and then years later my clients would have given up on the site because they couldn’t maintain it.

Then I decided I could charge a maintenance fee and maintain it for them, but they still had to update their content regularly. They wouldn’t do that. The websites were essentially just brochures for their business, not providing any return on investment. Sure I was making some money, but I wasn’t helping them make money. I didn’t like that.

That’s when my entire mindset changed. A website should be a marketing tool that is interactive and clearly demonstrates it’s value. Not just a digital brochure.

So I came up with a new model: I’ll make websites for different types of businesses, I’ll maintain them and update them, I’ll rank them on Google, and then I’ll find businesses who want to rent them from me. They pay a monthly fee and they receive the leads, simple as that.

You don’t have to touch a single line of code. You don’t have to be frustrated with a convoluted drag-and-drop builder that you pay to use and do all the work yourself.

It’s really that simple. It’s my website, and I direct all the leads that come in to you. You see the value immediately, and you can easily measure the value by comparing the leads that come in and the monetary value of those leads when they convert to the fee you pay to rent the site.

Still interested? Great. Let’s get to the good part.

No tricks, no hard sales tactics, nothing like that. This is simply an interest form.

I currently already have a portfolio of these sites built for various types of businesses. Enter your information below and I will see if I have anything available for you, if so I’ll send you some details. If not, I’ll work on getting one built and ranked and keep you updated on when it becomes available for rent.
