There are no refunds for the services offered by 762 Media Enterprises.  You can cancel your subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

If you are committed to a retainer agreement, you are acknowledging that hosting and domain ownership may be 762 Media Enterprises and it’s proprietors unless otherwise designated. Upon cancellation, domains may remain under the ownership of 762 Media Enterprises until the product expiry, unless otherwise agreed upon. You also acknowledge that the service offered by us may have advertisements on it from our advertising network, depending on the discussed proposal.

762 Media Enterprises and it’s proprietor(s) are not liable for any activity done on or through our clients’ websites.

762 Media Enterprises retains the right to cancel any subscription, service, or solution at any time for any reason.

762 Media Enterprises may require additional payment for services requested outside of the original scope of work.

You recognize and agree that we have made no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations, or guarantees whatsoever to you about future results, prospects, or earnings with respect to your products and services purchased through 762 Media Enterprises, and that we have not authorized any such projections, promises, or representation by others. Any statements, statistics, reports, or otherwise may be simply examples or estimates of what we think you can earn. There is no assurance that any prior successes or past results as to earnings or income or results will apply to your business. We offer no blanket guarantees, other than what may be included on a per-client basis in the individual proposal of a client.
